This article gives you a list of Umrah Duas that will be useful for you before you start your Umrah and during your Umrah. However, these are not the only Umrah Du’as that you can make, you can make the Du’as of your choice and if you have Du’as for family or friends, you can include those Du’as to these Umrah Du’as. You will find the Umrah Du’as in Arabic and the Umrah Du’as in English in this article.
It is not required that you make the Umrah Du’as in Arabic. You can make the Du’as in a language that you understand. The reason is that you need to understand the meaning of a Du’a you are making and not just recite the Du’as for the sake of reciting the Du’a.

Duas before leaving the House

Bismillahi, Tawakkaltu, ‘a‐lallahi, wa laa hawla wa laa quwatta illah billah
Meaning of the Dua: In the name of Allaah, I place my trust in Allaah, and there is no might nor power except with Allaah
Du’a before starting your Journey

Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar. Subhaa‐nalathee, Sakha‐ra‐la‐naa ha‐thaa wa maa kunaa, lahu muq‐ri‐nee‐na wa innaa ilaa rabbinaa la‐mun‐qa‐le‐boon.
Meaning of the Dua: Allaah is the greatest x3, How perfect He is, The One Who has place this (transport) at our service, and we ourselves would not have been capable of that, and to our Lord if our final destiny.
Duas if there is a break in the journey

A’uthoo bi‐kalimaa tillaah‐hitammaa ti‐min sharri maa khalaq.
Meaning of the Du’a: I take refuge in Allaah’s perfect words from the evil that He has created.
Umrah Duas before making the Niyyah or Intention for Umrah

Allaahumma innee ureedul umrata fayassirhaa lee wataqabbalhaa minnee
Meaning of the Du’a: O Allah, I intend to perform Umrah. Make it easy for me and accept it from me.
Umrah Duas for making the Niyyah or Intention for Umrah

Labbaik Allaahumma ‘Umrah
Meaning of the Du’a: Here I am O Allah, making Umrah
*** At times, due to certain circumstances, you may be unable to complete your Umrah. If you have a fear that you may face any such circumstances, you may also include the below Du’a. By including the below Du’a, if you cannot complete your Umrah, then you will cut your hair and will not have to pay the ransom.

Allaahumma mahillee haithu habastanee
Meaning of the Du’a: I come out of the state of Ihraam, from the place you prevent me from continuing.
Umrah Duas as you enter the Masjid Al Haram at Mecca

Bismillahi, Allallhumma salli ‘alaa muhammadin wa sallim ‐ allaahumma aftah lee abwaaba rahmatika
Meaning of the Du’a: In the name of Allah, may peace and salutations (of Allah) be upon the Messenger of Allah. O Allah, forgive my sins and open the doors of your mercies for me.
Umrah Duas for Tawaf
Between Rukn-e-Yamani to Hajar Al Aswad:

Rabbana atina fid-dunya hasanatan wa fil ‘akhirati hasanatan waqina ‘adhaban-nar
Meaning of the Du’a: Lord, grant us good in this life and good in the hereafter and save us from the punishment of the fire.
Although there are no specific Du’as mentioned for Tawaf. You can recite any Du’a that you wish to or read the Quran. Below are a few beautiful Du’as that you can read.

‘La Ilaha Illa Anta Subhanaka Inni Kuntu Minaz Zalimeen’
Meaning of the Du’a: There is no God but You. Glory be to you. I have surely been one of the wrong doers.

‘Yaa Hayy Yaa Qayyoom birahmatika astagheeth.’
Meaning of the Du’a: Oh you living, you eternal, I appeal to your mercy.

‘Rabbighfir warham wa Anta khairur raahimeen’
Meaning of Du’a – “Oh Allah! Forgive me and have mercy and you are the best of all the merciful.”

“Astaghfirullah al-lazi la ilaha illa Huwal-Hayyul-Qayyum wa atubu ilaih ”
Meaning of the Du’a: I seek forgiveness of Allah except whom there is no God. He is the living, the eternal, to him I turn.
Du’a for drinking ZamZam

Allahumma inee as’aluka ilman na’fiaa. Wa rizqa’w wa-si’aa. Wa shifa’an min kuli da’aa
Meaning of the Du’a: O Allah, I seek beneficial knowledge, wide sustenance and cure from all ailments from You
Du’as for Mount Safa facing the Ka’bah

Innas-safa wal marwata min sha’a’irillahi faman hajjal baita ‘awi’tamara falaa janaaha ‘alaihi an yattawwafa bihima wa man tatawwa’a khiran fa’innallaha shakirun ‘aleem(un)
Meaning of the Du’a: “Verily! As-Safaa and al-Marwah are of the signs of Allaah. So it is not a sin on him who performs Hajj or ‘Umrah of the House to perform the Tawāf between them. And whoever does good voluntarily, then verily, Allah is All-Recogniser, All-Knower,” – “we begin with what Allah began with.”
Umrah Duas on top of Mount Safa

Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, La illaha illAllahu wahdau la shareekalahu, lahul mul ku wa lahul hamdu, wa huwa ‘ala kulli shai’in qadeer. Laa ilaha illAllahu wahdahu anjaza wa’dahu, wa nasara ‘abdahu wa hadhamal ahzaaba wahdahu
Meaning of the Du’a: “Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest. There is none truly worthy of worship except Allah alone, without partner. To Him belongs all sovereignty and all praise. He alone gives life and causes death, and He is All-Powerful over everything. There is none truly worthy of worship except Allah alone, without partner. He has fulfilled His promise, and helped His servant, and He alone has defeated the confederates.”
Umrah Duas for Sa’y
There are no specific Du’as or supplications for Sa’y. You can recite any Du’a from your memory. But you may recite the below:

SubhanAllah, walHamdulilah, wa La illaha ilAllahu, waAllahu Akbar, La hawla wa laqu-aata illah billah
Meaning of the Dua: Glory be to Allah, All Praise is for Allah, There is No God but Allah, Allah is the Greatest. There is no Might or Power except with Allah
Du’a for while leaving Al Haram

Bismillah — wassalatu wassalamu ala rasoolillah, allahumma innee as-aluka min fadlik
Meaning of the Du’a: In the name of Allah, and prayers and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah. O Allah, I ask You from Your favour.
